To investigate the regulatory effect of d-alloxan on glucose metabolism and lipid in diabetic mice. Twenty five mice were divided into control group, fructose group cellulose group. The results showed that blood each reached peak at 90 min concentration was significantly lower than other groups (p<0.05). higher before after meal (p<0.05), liver glycogen insulin level groups, but difference not significant (p>0.05), muscle (p>0.05). triglyceride While it (p>0.05) there no total cholesterol between free fatty acid Compared with low density lipoprotein four (p<0.05) them content succinate dehydrogenase tissues hepatic lipase Alloxan can effectively regulate concentration, inhibit postprandial rise, improve level, has glycogen. It be used as an ideal substitute sucrose once disorder is improved, ability fat increased antioxidation function improved.
